A Bosch adquire a Telex Communications

Aquisição do fornecedor líder de comunicação nos Estados Unidos para a divisão da Security Systems

O grupo Bosch anuncia com muito agrado que assinou o contrato definitivo de aquisição com a Telex Communications Holding, Inc.
A fusão das duas empresas foi aprovada pela assembleia de accionistas da Telex bem como pela assembleia de accionistas da Bosch.    A Telex é líder no fornecimento de som profissional, sistemas de intercomunicação sem fios e comunicações.  
Os equipamentos estão instalados numa vasta gama de aplicações tais como em grandes estádios de futebol e aeroportos. Os utilizadores procuram cada vez mais uma solução de chave na mão combinada com o sistema de segurança. No ano fiscal de 2005, a Telex vendeu 308 milhões de dólares com aproximadamente 2.000 associados em 14 localizações em 9 países.  
A companhia é a casa de marcas bem conhecidas como a ElectroVoice, Dynacord, Midas, Klark Teknik, Telx e RTS. Em termos organizacionais a Telex será integrada na  divisão da Security Systems.

Marks, who bears regional responsibility for the Americas and for the Security Systems division. In 2005, Bosch Security Systems generated sales of roughly one billion euros from its intrusion and fire alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, and communication systems business. With some 7,800 associates, the division is represented at more than 40 locations in Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific.
